Ms. Samantha and Julia addressed my questions and got me the Luceplan illan lights I was looking for and honestly obsessing over in record time. Customer service was top notch and all this happened without stepping foot in the store. They also recommended a good resource to install the lights. I am quite happy with my purchase.
I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE A LIST OF INVENTORY THAT WILL SHIP QUICKLY instead of waiting months and months for high end furniture. I loved everything about my experience with the staff and delivery team. They were extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional with helping me decide what pieces to choose. They were on time with delivery and installation was quick and efficient. Not to mention, my husband and I are very satisfied with the product and we love our new pieces. I'm going back for more furniture next week!!

I love high end furniture that is built well but I also love customer service that makes me feel important and I received both at Calligaris. The associate was knowledgeable and super helpful in helping us decide which chairs to buy! Can't wait to receive my pieces!

Great furniture, lots of options!
I first became aware of Calligaris when I was purchased a new condo in DC and came across their store at the old location in Friendship Heights. I really liked their contemporary design which had the look I was going for without being overly modern. I was afraid at first that it was going to be too expensive but was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices were for real Italian made furniture. Much better than other contemporary/ modern furniture stores I shopped. Other stores were either ridiculously expensive or if slightly cheaper felt basically like Ikea furniture that I knew would fall apart after a year or less of use. I ended up buying a dining table, buffet and media/entertainment center from Calligaris on my first visit. These pieces make my place and I've received many compliments on them and everyone asking me where I got them. Going on 2 years plus now with my original purchase and everything is still perfect. More recently I have since visited their new location in Georgetown on several occasions and have picked up accent pieces, extra dining chairs, a swivel chair for the living room and entryway furniture. The staff that work there are very helpful when you need help. They aren't pushy and don't follow you around when you're just taking a look, which I can't stand. They know their furniture very well and helped me a lot in making the right design and space decisions for my place. A lot of what I ordered was in stock or was delivered within a week or two. Delivery was right on time and they brought everything to my unit, unpacked it, assembled, put things in place for me and cleaned up nicely. Regardless of your style it is definitely worth checking out Calliagaris before you make a decision to buy elsewhere.
