While we did face some unexpected hurdles (including a product defect requiring a warranty replacement and a few logistical challenges with the delivery schedule), I am giving this store a 5-star review purely based on the exceptional service provided by the Calligaris OC team, especially Mary K + The overall general high quality of the Italian products they sell. Mary K. was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the entire process, quickly forwarding our table issue for warranty review and providing prompt updates as soon as she received them. Despite the multiple delivery reschedules and an initial error where the extension piece was missing, Mary K. consistently apologized for the inconveniences and actively worked to resolve every challenge. She successfully confirmed a full replacement was approved, ensured the new pieces would match the design/finish, and personally coordinated a new delivery date and a shorter two-hour window to better accommodate our schedules. Her dedication and transparent communication turned a potentially frustrating situation into a satisfactory resolution. If you are looking for a team that stands behind their products and provides top-tier customer support when issues arise, look no further. Mary K. is the gold standard of customer service.
I’m really happy with my Calligaris furniture. The design is modern, clean, and stylish, fitting perfectly with the rest of my home. The quality is solid, well-made, and durable. I especially appreciate how functional the pieces are for everyday use. While the price is on the higher side, it is justified by the design and build quality. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would buy from them again.

I love Calligaris! My Sunshine dining room table is elegant and modern. We get so many compliments on it from our friends. The staff is super helpful and the delivery crew did a great job setting it up and moving it to the perfect position. We got our bedroom furniture there 7 years ago and it is like new. We've never had any problems.
I've been looking for dining table and sectional for several months but it is not easy to take a perfect set for kitchen and living sections. Today I finally get beautiful marble table and fabric sectional. Mary who helped me was so kind and made me choose the right items with good price. I really recommand this place. Calligaris is the best of the best. True Italian design, made in Italy. Californians and Americans in general, can only learn about design and furnitures when visiting this shop.
