We’ve had a great experience with the Calligaris flagship store. Rui was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. He took the time to understand our needs and gave us very good advice. The sofa I purchased at Calligaris was fantastic, I am very happy with it. But the main reason I went with Calligaris is that the people in the retail shop on Tottenham Court Road were fantastic and very knowledgeable about their products. We went to every furniture store on this street (there are many) and this was not the case with many of Calligaris' competitors, who often could not tell you anything which was not explained in the brochure itself. If I needed to buy another sofa I would return to Calligaris without hesitation.
Amazing and efficient service given by Matthew and The team from the initial enquiry to helping us customise some designs and select the suitable pieces to fit into our new home. Delivery on time too and very happy with quality of all the furnitures. Thank you !
